Based in Fitzgerald, Georgia, Anderson & Associates Home Inspection Services operates solely to look after your best interests when buying or selling a home.  We work for the client who hires us, NOT the realtor and not the bank.  A home inspection is not the same as an appraisal.  Home Inspectors conduct a visual examination of the residence and document the current condition of the components so that you know exactly what you are getting into.  The inspector will not place a value on anything to do with your property.  We do NOT fix any defects nor do we sell any service to fix any defects.  Therefore, when we tell you something may need a repair you can rest easy we are not trying to make more money off of you by selling you some additional service.  We have a background of performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services.  Additionally, we have over 20 years experience in the public safety field inspecting properties and enforcing regulations.  Our inspectors are trained and certified Home Inspectors.
